AtlasPay
Refund Policy
Refunds are strictly prohibited. Attempting to reverse a payment may result in a fine of at least USD 100.
Updated: July 27, 2026
No refunds
All payments and transfers made through AtlasPay are final. Once you confirm a payment or transfer in the app, the amount is considered non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, chargebacks by request, or “money-back” returns for completed or in-progress transactions.
Strict prohibition
Requesting a refund, opening a bank/card dispute (chargeback), or any other attempt to claw back funds after confirmation is strictly forbidden under these Terms and this Refund Policy.
Minimum USD 100 fine
If anyone attempts to get a refund, reverse a payment, or file an abusive dispute/chargeback against AtlasPay, a penalty of at least one hundred US dollars (USD 100) applies. The fine may be higher if actual costs, provider fees, or losses exceed that amount. AtlasPay may deduct the fine from any balance or demand payment separately.
What you should do instead
Before confirming, carefully check the amount, recipient, country, and fees shown in the app. If you entered wrong details, contact support@atlaspay.uz immediately — we may help investigate, but this does not create a right to a refund.
Account actions
Refund attempts or repeated disputes may lead to account suspension or permanent closure, in addition to the minimum USD 100 fine and recovery of costs.
